All rooms have closets. * 2 full Living rooms, 1 upstairs, 1 downstairs * 2 full size Bathrooms; basement bath has old style claw-foot tub * Oak kitchen with black appliances and a stove island * Giant laundry room with lots of storage shelves and extra space. Washer/dryer hookups. * Soft water machine just 1 year old. Tenant in charge of keeping salt for machine. * Central heating and air conditioning. Gas furnace. Furnace is brand new and works excellent for heat and AC! Tenant responsible for changing filters regularly. (tenant pays for all chemicals/costs to use hot tub) RENTAL SPECIFICS: * Looking for Quiet, Respectful Renter. Not a house for loud renters, parties, big get-togethers. No immediate move-ins. * No smoking anything inside or outside the home! Preference will be given to non-smokers. * I am a Private Landlord and care about this home. * I do not charge application fees to potential tenants. However, I do charge a re-listing fee of $125 upon move-out at the end of the lease. If lease is broken or tenant moves out early, I do charge an additional fee. PET REQUIREMENTS: * There is an additional monthly fee for having pets at the home. * 1 dog/cat costs an additional $35 per month; 2 dog/cats is a total of $50 each month. * $300 extra pet deposit ($75 is non-refundable). * NO EXCEPTIONS On Pet Requirements: Your dog/cat/pet MUST be quiet. Only 2 total pets allowed. Each pets must be at least 2 years old minimum! Must be completely house trained!
