I made a mistake when removing the pictures from my original craigslist add and did not drag and paste the correct sized photos. To see the full size images please visit the link I am looking to sublet my 1 bedroom apartment at camden asbury village. The apartment is located in building 3 which is right next to the pool, front office. The apartment is spacious, with a large walk in closet, and balcony with deck.The apartment is on the third floor and has an extra storage closet across the hallway.The unit will be rented unfurnished. All appliances and kitchen are updated. The unit comes with washer and dryer. The building is pet friendly. We do have the garage for the remainder of the lease but if you do not wish to use it then we will continue paying the rent on it. If you do want access to the garage we pay an extra $75 a month for it. The community is great and located convenient to NC State as well as 440 and 40. The lease is a 12 month lease and is set to end next March. If interested in not covering the full 12 months of the lease we may be able to work out something just contact me with how long you are interested in taking over for.
