This two bedroom townhouse is located off the public bus line but you can walk to campus about 5 to 10 minutes depending on where you are going. The quiet street has hardly any traffic and plenty of parking. This house is very close to Downtown Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and UNC (check out Edwards St on google maps!). The kitchen has a refrigerator that will remain as will the washer and dryer. There is a huge storage closet on the first floor. There is a back deck that is surrounded by woods and very private. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom (also there is a half bath on the first floor). In addition, there is a huge attic for storage. Despite loving pets and having what some might consider a small zoo at home, I do not allow pets in the rental units. 12 months increments
