The home features three bedrooms, one full bathroom with a tub, and a new outdoor shower. The bedroom layout includes a room with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, and a third with twin bunk beds.
The kitchen is well stocked, and the washer and dryer are conveniently located in the basement.
Enjoy a morning coffee or an afternoon beverage on the porch of this peaceful Ocean City northend block. Our quaint, well-appointed home is a wonderful place to make memories.
There is no smoking, vaping, drug use, or underage drinking permitted on or near the property.
Renter pays for utilities (gas, water, electric, and internet); owner pays for fire, home, and flood insurance. Renter must provide proof of renter's insurance.
Occupancy: No more than four people are allowed to live in the unit during the lease (negotiable); no more than two overnight guests are allowed per visit but not for an extended stay (more than 10 days); subletting is not allowed.
Lease Term: Begins on October 1, 2025, and ends on April 30, 2026 (negotiable).
Rent Payment: Due on the 1st of each month, a late fee of $25 is due if payment is received after the 5th of each month.
Property Alterations: Not allowed. Violation will impact the amount returned from the security deposit.
Maintenance and repairs:
1. Tenant is responsible to alert landlord of any property concerns such as issues with heat/AC, plumbing, etc.
2. Tenant is responsible for putting out the trash and recycling weekly per Ocean City requirements.
Landlord Access:
Landlord or designated service providers may enter the property, with 24-hr notice, for non-emergency services between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM. Emergency access must be available when needed and will be communicated as soon as possible.
No smoking, vaping, drug use, or underage drinking is allowed on or near the property. Renter's are subject to Ocean City's noise ordinance.
Violating lease terms is grounds for lease termination and eviction.
