Parking assigned: inside main garage. * Room #2: Private 130 sq ft bedroom with shared bathroom. $850 per month. Full size bed, new mattress. Desk. Amazon Alexa device. Parking: assigned, inside main garage. * Room #3: Private 200 sq ft bedroom, shared bathroom. Queen size bed, new mattress. Amazon Alexa device. $850 per month. Parking: assigned, outside driveway. * Room #4: Private 150 sq ft bedroom, shared bathroom. Double sized bed. New mattress. Amazon Alexa device. $850 per month. Parking: assigned, outside driveway. * Room #5: Private 150 sq ft bedroom, shared bathroom. Queen size bed, new mattress. Amazon Alexa device. $850 per month. Parking: assigned, outside driveway. All rooms are available to rent on a month to month basis or longer (for our purposes a month is defined as 31 days no less regardless of the amount of days in the actual calendar month). The property is fully furnished. Each bedroom is supplied an Amazon Alexa device. The renter is responsible to keep the premises clean and tidy, rommates are expected to work together in order to achieve this in the shared spaces . Shared spaces include: Kitchen, two bathrooms, two living rooms, one dining /game room, a pantry, breakfast nook, coat closet, hallways, stairs, and a laundry room. The 3rd car garage is also a shared space for bicycles (including motorcycles), other non-motorized outdoor vehicles and limited storage. Renters are asked to commit to maintaining a calm and peaceful environment, be respectful of shared spaces, and exhibit tolerance and compassion toward each other. Yard work is provided by a local service. All utilities are covered up to $500 each month. Anything beyond that amount will be added to renters bill as incentive to use the climate and water efficiently and responsibly. *bedroom square footage is approximate Female Travel Professionals: Rent a private bedroom in a shared home with a shared entrance. Proof of Identity, Income, Rental history, Credit & Background check required. PRICING Unit #1: $1,000 monthly (30 days). This furnished 700 square foot spacious Master Suite on the second floor includes en-suite private bathroom, walk in closet, garden soaking tub, walk-in shower, and toilet room with bidet mechanism. The closet and bedroom are carpeted with linoleum floor in the bathroom. Aside from the comfortable King size bed, two dressers and two nightstands, this grande suite is equipped with a television and Roku device. Units #2, #3, #4, #5: Each unit: $850 monthly (30 days). Private bedroom, shared bathroom Parking: Rooms #1 and #2 have assigned each one main interior garage parking space. Rooms #3, #4 and #5 are assigned exterior driveway parking, to park south-facing, side by side at an angle in front of the 3rd car garage. There is no parking allowed inside the 3rd garage. Any Parking on the driveway must keep the area directly in front of the main garage clear of vehicles. $50 application fee $500 refundable damage deposit and a $100 non-refundable cleaning/maintenance fee are both required at lease signing along with first month rent. Lease is considered a mid-term lease, meaning the minimum stay is 31 days. Lease terms vary per renter and can be contracted between 31 days and a year depending on the length of stay needed. Water, power, internet and wifi are included up to $500/month. In the event the utilities exceed this generous allowance, the excess will be divided and billed evenly to each tenant. This measure is intended as a motivation to use the water and electricity efficiently and responsibly. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES! Not interior, not exterior. No smoking within 200 feet of structure and not allowed on the private property address. No pets. No sublets. No overnight guests. No illegal activity. No burning candles on premises. This is a shared living space and renter must have a character of restraint and self control, have the ability to show kindness, and exhibit respectful behavior to other renters occupying the home.
