After careful planning, they settled on a spacious plot of land by Reedsburg's Nishan Park. In 2024, Officials and Engineers teamed up with KMD Development, MCC Construction, and Third Act Investments to construct "My Home Estates": an apartment complex and subdivision for residents ages 55+ to live independently.
