They come furnished with furniture, plates, silverware etc. There is rental grade pots and pans in the unit. If you are a big cooker, please bring your own. The homeowner will not upgrade the pots and pans. There can be a phone line installed for a $50/month fee. The rates on this particular unit are as follows: November: $1000 December: $1000 January: $1150 February:$1150 March: $1300 April: $1800 NOTE: If you stay less than 90 days you are subject to the hospitality tax of 11-12% depending on where you stay. A departure cleaning fee of $130 will be added to the initial booking. On rentals of 3 months or less, we need the full payment ( all 3 months and cleaning) paid 60 days prior to arrival.
