The space This house has a huge wrap around deck with spectacular river sounds and views from all sides of the home. The back patio is where we spend the majority of our hours. The Great Room boasts the wall of windows looking out on the river, giving a beautiful mural that is constantly changing with the sunset and weather. The bedroom windows face the side of the mountain that was carved out for the cabin to rest, giving artist quality "living paintings" of mossy rock outcroppings and forest to view! . Guest access The entire home is yours to use with the exception of a utility room underneath the house (like a garage). The 3rd bedroom is an open loft with a full bed. There is also a sleeper sofa (living rm) a pack n play, and a futon (master bedroom) allowing an additional 5 to sleep here. There is also a 2-car detached garage available for your use. Other things to note The list of things to do in Estes Park is endless. You can rent a boat/snowmobile/mountain bike/horse/you name it. In the summer there are many things to do in RMNP and on the river. In the winter, snow mobiling, hiking, and nearby skiing at Eldora. With most of the area being national forest, there are lots of trails & the landscape is breathtaking. Our cabin is just down the road from Estes Park full of shopping, eating, put-put golf & carnival rides for the kids, and much more. Tenant pays all utilities.
