Minimum age for signatory renter is 25 years old. Each occupant must complete credit and background checks. Owner will provide 24 hour notice for entering the house for pest control service, routine maintenance etc. and may enter house without renter's presence for these services. Emergency situations do not require advance notice. Yard work and chores do not require advance notice.
