Access the lake with your on your private dock, to swim, fish or launch your boat. Ten minutes from both Livingston Manor and Parksville. A short drive to public fishing access along the Willowemoc River and to Mongaup State Park for hiking, camping, fishing or laying at the beach. The house is heated with a pellet stove located in the living room.
