There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a small office space upstairs. Cabin is partially furnished and has a private backyard space. Owner pays water and trash. Renter is responsible for electric and cable. There is no smoking and no pets are allowed. Parking is provided by a covered area in front of the cabin. There's a screened in porch in the back and a small yard. Landscaping is provided by owner. This is a one year lease and there is a $250 nonrefundable cleaning fee due at signing of the lease.
