We also have a managing partner living in the adjacent building for your convenience. A couple hundred feet away is College Street which has an all day free shuttle service running from the waterfront to UVM and on the airport. This property is located in a residential neighborhood consisting of several other single family homes. Our neighbors are important to us so we will not permit bachelor or bachelorette parties or any other activities that might disturb the character of the neighborhood.
