This house has lots of potential for a starter home, flip or rental property. We bought it planning to flip or rent it, but things have changed and we don't have the time to do so. This house is in the city limits of Dunlap, TN with trash service, city water & sewer, and natural gas. The house has eight rooms. It has a carport for one car and a building out back (19 X 22 ft) that could be used for storage, an office, another bedroom, a utility room, etc. The building has two rooms and one of them needs a new floor.
