I'm a very well kept home but getting too big for my owner. We have 3 bedrooms with possibility for a fourth on the 1st floor and maybe even a small 5th. Very large bathroom, eat in kitchen, dining room and all hardwood floors throughout. My roof is about 3 years old, replacement windows and maintenance free vinyl siding are just some of the few pluses I offer. If this heat is getting you down, we have central air throughout.
