Utilities are shared amongst two other renters, including the occasional stay of the property owners, or their property manager, all in a separate part of the same location. Property is secured by security cameras, chain link fence, and a good, active community of talented, hard working, kind, courteous, entrepreneurial spirited people that keep an eye out for one other. 1 year signed lease + 1 months rent security deposit. Currently you'll have to manage your own recycling and garbage but garbage removal services can be added for an extra fee. Recycling in Toccoa has to be taken off property as the city has no recycling program currently. Will be getting internet soon but don't have currently.
