Beautiful apartment in a nice and quiet area. Off street parking and a big back yard for the kids or cookouts. A security deposit of $995 and first month's rent are required upon move-in. Cats are allowed with a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Owner pays for water/sewer, trash, and lawn care. Tenant pays for electric, gas, appliances, and snow removal. If you cannot make the open house, you can still apply for the unit by submitting (via email) your Proof of Income, Photo ID, proof that you are current on rent (if currently renting) and phone number for landlord reference.
