Crop Production The farm currently produces premium alfalfa hay bales. Current alfalfa hay production is approximately 4,000 tons per year. The alfalfa averages six cuttings per year. Currently operated through a lucrative crop share lease with potential continuation to a future buyer. This farm has the opportunity to be a turnkey operation with absentee ownership. There is residential development potential along either bordering highway, potential solar opportunities, or additional farm acreage. Property Improvements The property includes a 36,000 square foot hay barn, a 7,000 square foot east hay barn, fully equipped maintenance shop, two bedroom, two bathroom Farm House, four fenced paddocks with automated drinkers for livestock, and RV hookups. The maintenance shop has a drive through bay, large lift, bathroom, and commercial grade RO system with 10,000 gallon storage capacity. Three 1,000 gallon fuel tanks set adjacent to the shop. The region is arid to semi-arid, with hot summers and mild winters.
