There is a fee of $500 fee for large dogs and a $350 fee for small dogs non refundable and a one time payment. There will be a $75 late fee after the third day for each day past due.The rent is due on the first of each month and you have until the third day to pay.Unfortunately as of right now we are not taking housing vouchers we do apologize for that.
