The utilities, lawn mowing (we provide mower), and snow removal (we provide snowblower) are the tenant's responsibility. This cozy three bedroom house, located on a quiet side street, is just a short walk from UIHC, VA, Dental school, Law school, the medical science research buildings, Carver-Hawkeye Arena, Kinnick Stadium, and the University recreation building. The renter is responsible for utilities, sewer, water, and refuse fees. Owner supplies lawn mower and snow blower. The renter is responsible for lawn mowing and snow removal. The landlord can provide these services for an additional charge.
