Since that day we have enjoyed seeing countless deer, ducks, turkey, turtles,even fox along the creek. We love the country feel while having all the amenities of town close by. Our neighbors are the sweetest around and throw the best 4th of July block party. In Sept.2016 the 100 & 500 yr floods left many basements flooded, but not a drop of water in ours! We have loved sitting on our patio early in the morning and listening to the birds. You should see our property in the Fall! We have loved having designated space for our children to play indoors and ample room to store toys. The cul-de-sac has been perfect for privacy and learning to ride bikes.
