Our family is moving to Kenya for 2 years and will leave our house furnished (although we can remove some furniture if desired). In addition, Amanda's parents, Paul and Mary Anne, will continue to live in their home on the property. They are extremely kind and will help manage the house while we are gone. The garage will be off limits, used as a storage unit as well as a place for Amanda's father to smoke his pipe. Renters will have full access to the backyard and outdoor grill area. We are hoping to rent our house for 2 years. If less time is desired, then we would consider a 10 month lease from August 1st to June 1st. Please no smoking or pets. Paul and Mary Anne do have a cat that will be on the premises. Rent will include water, electricity, gas, lawn and garden maintenance and waste management. Additional services are up to the renter, including cable and internet. Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway and along the curb.
