Aggressive breeds (as defined by insurance policies) are not allowed.
A non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet and $25/month per pet will apply.
Tenant is responsible for pet waste cleanup and damage caused by pets.
10. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
Any signs of indoor smoking will result in cleaning fees and possible lease termination.
11. Parking
No curbside parking permitted.
Tenants and guests must use the 2-car garage, driveway, visitor parking, or designated areas near the playground.
12. Community Rules
Tenant must comply with all HOA and community guidelines, including noise levels, trash disposal, parking, and use of amenities.

13. Right to Entry
