This home is on private property and is fully furnished including all household items, linens, bedding, dishes, etc. There is a washer and dryer, and internet and utilities are included (kept cozy in the winter), Parking is available for up to two cars. It is 5-10 minutes from downtown (depending on traffic) and there are trails and river access close by. Trimble hot springs is within biking/walking distance and we have a neighborhood grocery store, a gas station, and a restaurant in immediate proximity. This is a great option for travelers, people relocating to the area, or taking a long vacation. Pets and smokers are not permitted.
