Equipped with a sitting room that is large enough so the space has multiple uses: 1. office, 2. watching TV or enjoying a morning coffee, the sunrise over the never to be developed islands add to the commanding long range lake view. The light & fresh bathroom boasts heated marble floors for those cool mornings, Jacuzzi tub with a water fall Grohe faucet, and 3 shower head for ultimate relaxation. The well-proportioned and separate his & her closet round out the area. The journey down the stairs to the lower level is castle inspired with the field stone steps, rock walls and torch like wall sconces, as well as, theater lighting for safety. There you'll find friends and family enjoying themselves at the bar, playing pool, watching a movie on the 70" TV with 7 speaker surround sound. Can you find the hidden TV at the bar? Perhaps the party has moved outside to the heated salt water infinity edged pool near the shore of the lake equipped with a jump off rock for the kids and an area for the adults to relax in the pool on chaise chairs. Look, here comes family returning on the pontoon boat "party barge" to the 2 slip dock. After a gentle stroll from the pool you greet them at the dock. Someone comments that they would like to do some early evening bass fishing so they load up the bass boat and off they go. Some would rather take the jet skis out, kayak or paddle board. Others decide they want to build a bon fire in the pit at the water's edge. Roast some marsh mellows, eat s'mores and watch the sunset over the lake and ridge line. It's the end of a perfect day with family and friends. The dreamy master suite on the lower level features a wraparound view of the lake while lying in bed. The wall of windows that create the stunning view created a problem, there isn't enough wall space for a TV. So the owner took it to the next level of luxury with a motorized flip down TV. The TV is seamlessly hidden in the ceiling when not in use. Press a button and the TV flips down from the ceiling at a perfect angle and distance from the bed. Not interested in TV? Enjoy each other's company to the relaxing sight of flickering flames, sound of crackling wood and smell of a natural wood burning fireplace. The well designed resort style bathroom also boasts his & her water closets and heated travertine floors. You certainly don't want to have cold feet in in this area of the home!
