The kitchenette comes stocked and capable of everything you need except Thanksgiving dinner: fridge with freezer, countertop 2-burner cooktop, and a 3-in-1 microwave/air fryer/oven. The living room with ample seating features a 45" TV on a swivel wall mount for viewing from elsewhere in the apt. There's a high bar with bar stools for a workstation for working from home! Tenant Access The guesthouse is located over the garage and is exclusive to you. You have a separate exterior entrance on the side of the home with your own climate control for all seasons.
