It's tiny, but it can work for just about anyone. We fit all 4 of us somehow:) The Masterbedroom is narrow, but it's very long with a big closet. The other room is smaller, but has plenty of room for bunk beds and a dresser...plus a nice sized closet. The kitchen is cozy, but it's very functional with a micro/hood and 18" stove. We use an 18" portable dishwasher and just love it. Bathroom is very nice and big. Livingroom...small, but functional. We added a laundry shed on the back deck. The deck is very nice and large. The house does need some work. First off, needs a new roof ASAP. I would also recommend insulating the floor. We've replaced all the windows except for the bathroom. It's wood laminate flooring throughout. We've added 3 walls to make the 2 bedrooms. We bought it as a studio house...a crappy one at that. We've done our best, but have it remodel burnout. The county shows this house as a 1 bdrm. Please research any house you are considering buying if you have even the idea of adding on to it at any time. They are real sticklers in this county. Several houses down the road are selling in the 700K - 800K range.
