This unit is on the second floor of a 3 unit apartment complex. You have your own private entrance. There are double paned windows so with the windows shut and the AC running it can be pretty quiet. (However, if you're extremely sensitive to noise or are a very light sleeper this property might not be the right fit.) A portable AC unit is supplied in each bedroom for comfortable sleeping. The washer/dryer is shared by two other units. Unit is up for lease from 10/1/2024 and available till 5/15/2025 it is fully furnished unit, all bed linens would be provided fresh and unit would be professionally cleaned before move in. Internet/Wifi access would be provided free at no cost to tenant, there would be $50 additional water charge per month Smoking or Vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property either inside or outdoor areas, please go outside the premises if you need to smoke/vape.
