This is located over a garage and behind the main house which is also a rental. This unit is not attached to the main house and is separate. There is a washer and dryer hook-up in the garage. Approved tenant will have access to half of the garage to park one vehicle. Full credit check and a background check are required, as well as references from prior rentals. Utilities are NOT included. Pets will be considered and an extra $50.00 a month will be added to the rent. This is an efficiency apartment and due to it's size can have no more than two people living there and both tenants must be on the lease. An additional $50.00 will be added for the second person.
