Recently renovated one bedroom apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment gets great light, all windows are new, and utilities are included in the rent. There is also a laundry room in the basement that is sheared with one other apartment. Off street parking in is not included, but if available there is one off street parking space that can be added on to the rent.
