Lease includes water, sewer and garbage pick up; tenant is responsible for electric. Rent is $1400.00 per month. Security Deposit will start at $2100.00. No smoking inside the rental and no pets allowed. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. Accepted forms of income: pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred.
