Our cottage has three bedrooms and two baths. The sizable kitchen and large living area both looking out over the lake. It's over 1,700sqft. The large outdoor deck overlooks the lake and Tubbs Hill it includes a hot tub and barbecue. In the bedrooms are different arrangements of one king size bed (Master main floor), one full size bed (upstairs), and two twin beds (upstairs). In other portions of the house we have included additional sleeping arrangements with one convertible queen bed, a futon, one twin-sized bed, one pull-out twin bed and one twin convertible bed. The master bedroom is a master suite, with a full-size bathroom attached. The second bathroom is on the main floor and it has a stand-up shower. We also provide a small storage unit for your use outside of the living space. $1,000 fully-refundable security deposit. Owner pays water, sewer, lawn care and trash. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Small dogs ok with a $300 non-refundable pet deposit.
