To cure condemnation; all electrical to be repaired, septic to be repaired (in progress-septic permit has been pulled & waiting for contractor to clear tree roots from intake pipe to vault) and the thermal envelope of the home to be repaired (attic has been opened up, exterior shed fire in backyard melted siding, so all needs to be replaced etc). Possible mold in ceiling. Roof replaced 2016, bathroom recently remodeled. Heavily smoked in & heavy pet odor. Carpet has been removed. Downstairs 3 bedrooms and bathroom, upstairs, one bedroom and large bonus room. No electricity. Take great care and flashlights if looking upstairs. Community Water $50/month
