This charming beach bungalow on the ground floor has been upgraded with high-quality amenities, including renovated bathrooms and kitchen, a comfortable king-sized bed with a smart 43-inch TV in one of the rooms, and queen-sized beds in the other rooms. One of the queen-sized bedrooms also features a smart 43-inch TV. The spacious living room comes equipped with a large smart TV and a cozy pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Located just 25 yards from the bay side of Mission Beach and 100 yards from the Mission Beach Boardwalk on the Pacific Ocean, this cozy home offers the perfect getaway for a comfortable stay. We provide guests with high-quality hotel towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron, and an ironing board, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and soap. High-speed internet and a designated parking spot for a small to medium-sized car are also included. The apartment comfortably accommodates six guests, and a high-quality sofa bed in the living room offers an additional sleeping option. Why stay at a hotel when you can enjoy the comfort of a home in a friendly neighborhood and vacation like a local? This home is also pet-friendly (pending approval), but only small to medium-sized dogs will be considered. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be charged if extra cleaning is required due to the pet's urine, soil stains, or excessive hair or sand. We offer keyless digital entry and private access to your beach cottage, with a simple 4-digit passcode to remember. The apartment also features a large patio with an outdoor table seating eight, an outdoor sofa with a fire pit, and a BBQ for guests to cook their own meals. A full propane tank is provided, but if another one is needed, guests can just let us know. We also offer boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys for guests to use. These items are left by other guests and there could be limited supply. The apartment includes a small garage that can fit a small to medium-sized car. The garage also has its own private washer and dryer for guests' convenience. However, if guests prefer, there is a laundromat within walking distance that offers drop-off service for a weight-based fee. Guests can drop off their laundry in the morning, and it will be ready and neatly folded by the end of the day. The beach cottage is thoroughly cleaned between each stay. However, if guests wish to have their linens changed and the home cleaned during their stay, we can arrange for a housekeeper to come for an additional charge of $175. Please give us at least one day's notice to schedule this service. For extra parking, public parking is available nearby on the Bay Side, and there may be additional parking available on El Carmel Point. For guests' safety, there are rig cameras (recording devices) located outside the units on the north/east side of the balcony, recording 24/7. This is to ensure the safety of guests and others. Landlord will pay for all utilities and cover up to $300 of SDGE bills (Gas/Electricity) any SDGE bill over $300 the tennant will pay the difference. All other utilities are covered by Landlord. WE ARE READY TO ACCEPT a month to month for $6400 and JUNE/JULY/AUGUST rent goes up to $7500.
