There is a small sink, room for a microwave and potentially a hotplate and fridge. There is also access to the shared full kitchen upstairs. This floor has a huge private living space which the large deck connects with. A comfy 6 month old sofa and loveseat will seat five people and a round marble top coffee table sits in between them. A 42" tv and dvd player are included. The 2nd bedroom also faces the creek and has a very large three door closet and an extra dresser which could be replaced with a small desk. It has gorgeous views as well. The third bedroom has a two door closet but is three door size inside with built in shelving. This room faces the side of the house and has a nice large window. There is also room for a desk in this bedroom. All three bedrooms are carpeted with plush carpet and all of the living areas are laminate wood flooring. The main entrance and laundry are shared. There is a dedicated parking spot in the driveway and plenty of street parking. About the house in general: there is a very small yard in the front and steep greenspace in the back so this is not a good fit for small children. It is a quiet neighborhood which is 10 minutes to a Max station and 35 minutes to downtown, 20 minutes to the airport. The Clackamas Town Center shopping mall is 15 minutes. 2 small cats live in the house and I do not want to add any more pets to the mix. I'm not 420 friendly or cigarette friendly even outside of the house. Drinking is fine but loud parties are not. Overnight guests are allowed with prior notice. This is a beautiful home with nice furniture and I'm looking forward to having renters who will care for these things like their own.About me: I'm a 38yr old single female. This home would be a great fit for a couple who could use one of the bedrooms for an office, or a couple of friends. A couple with an older child or children (no more than 2) would also work as there are other kids in the area and safe places to ride bikes. This would also be a great situation for an executive who commutes to or from Portland during the week and doesn't want to purchase furniture.
