SPECIAL $200 OFF THE 1ST MONTH RENT Thank you for choosing Cypress Rental Management To view or apply for any of our homes the process is as followed.. with an ID and $20 cash deposit we will loan you the property key for an hour and a half ,once the key is returned back to the office you will receiveyour $20 deposit back. we do key rentals monday-friday from 9am-4pm once you have completed the key rental and decide it's something you like than you will go fill out and application online at cypressrental.com or you're more than welcome to fill one out at our office. application processing fee is $25 for one adult income and for two will be $40 I do want to let you know our properties do not come with any appliances and we do not cover any utilities.
