Sunny, recently renovated duplex apartment with new hardwood floors throughout, new kitchen and appliances, and new energy-efficient windows. New window AC unit just installed for these increasingly hot heat waves. This apartment is located on a friendly street with neighbors who have lived there for many years. It is very close to Children's Hospital and about a 10 minute walk from Temescal neighborhood with fun restaurants, bars, and shopping. My partner and I live in the neighborhood and feel it is a great place to live. There are two sets of stairs in this apartment: one to access the unit and one to access the upstairs bedroom. You will have one drive-way parking spot and one garage spot. There is a shared backyard with the other unit that contains a small room with a washer and dryer for each unit. We pay garbage, all other utilities covered by tenant. Due at time of move-in is $1500 security deposit + first month's rent $2700 for a total of $4200 The next-door unit is rented by a very nice couple with a medium-sized dog. Their dog is very sweet with people but sometimes does not get along with other dogs. For this reason we are not accepting any other pets in the duplex at this time. Thank you. No smoking inside. Wood floors are new and tenant is responsible for any damage (excluding normal wear and tear) to the floors.
