Thank you for your interest in Villages at Waggoner Park! Our community includes 1, 2, and 3 bedroom residences both flats and townhomes. Each one is fully equipped with all major appliances, including washer and dryer as well as kitchen appliances. Some styles also include an attached garage. We have a large fitness center available to you, with keycard access and up-to-date equipment; and a large pool that you will enjoy using when the weather warms up. We hold resident events, generally on a monthly basis, so you can meet some of your neighbors. You will also enjoy the convenient location of our community - you can get to just about anything with ease! Our maintenance staff is on call for emergencies 24 hours a day, and they will be happy to help you keep your apartment in great shape. You can even file work orders on line. Villages at Waggoner Park is a pet friendly community, too! You are welcome to bring up to 2 furry friends along as residents. Although we do have some breed restrictions, there are NO weight limits. Big dogs are more than welcome here! Our pet fees are $200 up front per pet and $35 per month per pet for pet rent! Our office is open to serve you 6 days a week Weekdays 10-6 and Saturdays 10-5.
