1978 old with hidden fire damage from 1985 fire that previous owner and Hillsborough county Property appraiser did NOT disclose. Damage reported to HC property appraiser and inspected in the 90's after I bought home but has since removed fire history. Roof 2004 and leaks. No permits pulled for exterior buildings which would have to be addressed before any sale.
