You can ride your bike or a few minutes car ride to Historic St Andrews Marina, where you will also find a Saturday morning farmers market, shopping, some great food with a waterfront view and often live music of multiple genres as well as the Panama City Publishing Company Museum. The house is less than a 10 minute drive to HCA Gulf Coast Hospital and Ascension Sacred Heart Bay medical center. Will consider short term lease. Pets on a case by case basis.
