The townhome is at Boalsburg and 10 mins drive to campus. It is next to the Pennsylvania Military Museum and very close to the Giant, Weis at South Atherton (3-4 mins drive). Rent is $1353 per month (the original rent is $1520). You will directly sign a new lease with the leasing office if you want to continue at this price. The house is pet friendly. Rent includes Sewer, Cable, Parking, Trash Removal, Law Move, Snow Removal, 24-hour emergency maintenance service, and on-site management. Apart from rent, the resident guest pays for electricity, water, and internet. this is an affordable house and it has income limitation if you would like to sublease our house. If you are approved to take over our leasing, I can offer all the furniture.
