NO SMOKING! I love animals so they can come for free. I have a long pier. Walk out your back door and go fishing or swimming. Fenced in yard for dogs. Friendly neighbors. Washer and dryer in garage. Renter pays electricity bill and I will pay the water bill up to $60 a month. Fully furnished with furniture, kitchen is fully furnished with pots and pans, Refrigerator,stove, Dishes, microwave, Family room and sunroom are furnished. Three bedrooms with dresser and bed and big closets. You can park outside of my fence or you can park inside of my fence. I have a garage also. I am in a hurry to rent my home. I am going to stay in Virginia and help my mother who needs me. If the renter likes my home they can stay longer than a year. One year rental agreement at a time. They can continue to rent after their first year is up if they pay on time and take care of my property My electrical bill is less than $200. It is much cheaper for those who don't have children or grandchildren. I have children and grandchildren and they visit often which increases my electric bill. I have 2 nice grills to cook outside.
