Close in to downtown Portland, and easily accessible to all parts of the city, South Burlingame is a great neighborhood. It's very diverse and represents all parts of Portland culture. We are close to Lewis and Clark College and OHSU, both on Terwilliger Blvd. It is a "split entry" home, with the 2 car garage and laundry room on the lower level, and the rest of the home on the upper level. The living room/dining room are open with warm cherry floors, nice windows, and French doors leading out to the deck. The kitchen is small but efficient, with a gas range, built in microwave, dishwasher and fridge, of course. The master bedroom has a small bath with a shower attached. It has a large closest with full organizer in it. There is a full bath in the hallway with a bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms are down the same hallway, one with a larger closet than the other. The home is very clean and in excellent condition. It's a small home, so 3 adults max. There isn't much street parking, so only 2 cars. We are accepting applications first, then will offer showings.
