There are no city taxes, which also means no city services. Water is from Aqua, but property uses a private septic system. Garbage service is from a private company and there is no yard waste pickup. Schools are fantastic. Location to groceries and other shopping is great. Neighborhood traffic is decent, but on occasion there will be someone speeding down our street. Overall, a great place for a small family, if you like a quiet neighborhood.
