    This is the dream duplex, everything has been redone. 2 Bedroom one bath units with attached storage and laundry room. The 50 year architectural shingle roof was install in 2018. Both units were rewired in 2018. They installed high grade wood laminate flooring in the 8124 unit that was installed in 2018. The Dishwasher and microwave were replaced in 8124 in 2020. Unit 8122 got a new refrigerator in 2020. The duct work in the left unit was replaced in 2018. In 2015 both units were totally redone in 2014.
