Built in 1909 as the Paradise schoolhouse, this building was later transformed to a charming home with vaulted, open beam ceilings, original hardwood floors, and a beautiful stone fireplace. The gally kitchen has been updated with new custom-built cabinets and subway tile. The unique upstairs has a loft, just outside of the bedroom/office which overlooks the great room and fireplace. All updates have been made to keep the integrity of the original schoolhouse. The house is currently in the final stages of painting, adding new flooring to the bathroom, and adding the finishing touches with new light fixtures in the bathroom and upstairs bedroom.
