The Old Farmhouse has great bones and excellent potential. It was not for sale but was just sitting empty when we found it, we talked the owners into letting us buy it & we began our journey with The Old Farmhouse. 2 story 3 bed 1 bath with partial basement, new furnace & updated vinyl replacement windows. We installed new gas service, water heater & painted everywhere (kitchen remodel 2019 cabinets and granite, 2021 appliances) in our first year we trimmed trees & removed a shed, fixed some septic issues & fell more and more in love every day (even without central air) near the end of the second year we were able to add central air & a completely new septic system. January 2019 the upstairs closet was converted to a half bath we could use while remodeling the main bath & kitchen. New cabinets, counters, paint & flooring for the kitchen. New ceramic floor & fresh paint for the bathroom. Fall of 2021 the kitchen remodel was complete with all new appliances. Garage replacement is up next! We hope to pay it off BEFORE retirement & be here for a very long time.
