The home will be available for rent Oct 1st. We're looking for someone who is ok doing a 8-9 month lease as we're planning on listing the home for sale after school is out next year. Its a 3bed 2bath 2500 sqft home with an unfinished basement on a quarter acre lot. Its in a fantastic neighborhood right at the base of Santaquin and Pole Canyons. It's within walking distance to Orchard Hills Elementary, however, there is a bus that can pick up the kids too. I don't have pics yet since there is a family living there now, but you are welcome to drive by the outside or call/text me to set up a time to go through it. Rent would be $1200/mo if we hire out the yardwork. $1125/mo if you agree to take care of the yard (there is no sprinkler system so it would need to be watered, mowed, weed eated, and fertilized if it starts getting a lot of weeds in the grass). Please no pets and no smoking anywhere in the home or on the property.
