3bedroom, 1 bath. back porch was added on years ago. bathroom is small (plumbing needs fixed), 1 bedroom leaks (because of edge of roof) ceiling and floor edge needs replaced. furnace about 8 yrs old, only used 2 winters. house has been empty 4-5 yrs. has washer/natural gas dryer hook up. natural gas for furnace, water heater and cook stove. house has NO appliances in it. water heater will need to be replaced. front and back door need replaced. siding needs finished. house only leaks in the one bedroom. original wiring in house. one bedroom has had some mold problem, i have bought 2 gallons of paint for that room. the price includes the house (lot is142x50), empty lot south of house (142x100), and 2 garages (that do not leak) (lot size 142x100) (front garage has concrete floor on north side of it) south of empty lot. yards have been mowed since the pictures! roof has all shingles except back porch, we put tin on it. we re-done living room ceiling and put ply wood (had ceiling tile), started to do back bedroom (one that leaks) with ply wood (had ceiling tile). house needs a lot of fixing and t.l.c.
