RATES & PAYMENTS: Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A junior primary suite with a plush king bed is located down the hall and is complete with a private on-site bathroom and deck. The upstairs has an open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, and full bathroom that is shared with the primary suite furnished with a king bed and private deck overlooking the back yard. Spend evenings grilling under the pergola, soaking in the salt air, and roasting marshmallows by the fireside. Tasteful string lighting sets the mood and provides ambient light in the evenings.
