Property was a working stables many years ago and the listing agent personally kept horses on the property back in the 90's/ early 2000's with the current owners. Built out of rough-cut lumber we used to bend nails trying to nail them into the wood of the little barn. When we did the Long Beach Horse Ride fundraiser in the 90's we got comments frequently about how they couldn't get to the beach because they couldn't leave their horses.
